I recently worked with Jim Logsdon for the first time on a product training video for SEACRET.  His professionalism, ability to anticipate needs and wants of his customer, knowledge and editing skills, as well as overall personable nature made it truly a pleasure to work with him.  It was our first time doing such a project and he helped us the entire way, finally producing an hour long video with live product demonstrations, speakers, pre arranged videos and voiceover.

 As a trainer and speaker, I've worked with Jim three distinct times and all of them were great experiences thanks to Jim's preparation, skill and overall diligence.  Two of the experiences were video shoots.  In July 2009 I presented to an audience of about 45, and in October 2009 I presented to a large audience of over 150 and then a workshop of 40.  Jim and his team filmed all of the presentations and did a great job of capturing high quality sound and high definition video.  I move around a lot as a presenter and the audience has a lot of reaction to the material.  Thanks to having two cameras and a very attentive team, we got great footage that we are now planning to use in some new product.

Recently in January 2010 I got a chance to see Jim's production skills in action.  We were pulling together a commercial that integrated green screen video shots with some of the live footage from 2009.  Since it was a commercial it had to move quickly to keep the interest high.  Jim executed everything I wanted and came up with quite a few good recommendations to make it tighter and more professional.  We now have the commercial on our home page and have gotten a lot of positive response from our client schools and students.

I strongly recommend that you work with Jim.  He'll direct a great team that will be highly skilled, responsive and expedient.  He does great work and has a professional and easy going manner that makes working with him a real pleasure.

Simply put, working with Jim and his crew made shooting video for the first time for our magazine a very positive experience.
